About the role
This role will be part of the Digital function and is responsible for leading the expansion and industrialization of our enterprise automation ecosystem. The successful candidate will manage a team of Intelligent Automation and Support professionals , ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and resilient automated processes.
What you'll do
- Hold the full responsibility to lead the RPA and Intelligent Automation team in the right direction to achieve operational success
- Act as a hands-on technical expert; guide the team on UiPath best practices (REFramework
- Define the automation product strategy, set clear objectives, and design the Intelligent Automation service roadmap
- Drive the adoption of advanced AI/ML capabilities within the UiPath ecosystem to solve complex, unstructured business problems
- Partner with German and French counterparts to align automation pipelines, manage regional governance, and ensure smooth cross-border delivery
