About the role
It is a transverse team working with different core engineering verticals in Airbus. The USP of this team is working in multi-functional environment providing digital solutions to engineering problems. The USP of the team is people with Core Engineering domain knowledge complemented by software development skills.
What you'll do
- Create, refine and prioritise the team backlog so there is always at least two iterations of ready work
- Break features handed down from Product Management into user stories and technical enablers with clear acceptance criteria
- Sequence work based on value, dependencies, technical risk and capacity and be able to explain the sequence to anyone who asks
- Make informed calls on technical debt and enabler work, because you understand what it buys the team Drive the SAFe cadence
- Represent the team at PI Planning: contribute to planning objectives, negotiate scope, surface and resolve dependencies with other teams on the train
