What you'll do
- Field Delivery Operations Leadership - Plan, supervise, and monitor pickup, delivery, loading, unloading
- Team Supervision - Lead field supervisors and operational teams, ensuring effective resource deployment, productivity, professional conduct
- Transportation & Vendor Coordination - Coordinate with transport vendors, warehouses, drivers, customs brokers, airports
- White Glove & Project Delivery Management - Oversee high-value and specialized deliveries, ensuring safe handling, unpacking, positioning, installation support
- Shipment Visibility & Exception Control - Maintain shipment visibility, milestone accuracy, and proactive communication while managing operational exceptions, delays
