What you'll do

• Strategic Leadership & Growth
• Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities, industry trends, trade lane developments, and strategic investments across India
• Lead market expansion initiatives, including new country development, acquisitions, partnerships, and service diversification
• Establish regional business objectives, KPIs, and performance standards that drive profitable growth and shareholder value
• Represent India in global strategic planning discussions and contribute to enterprise-wide decision-making
