About the role
Responsible for executing mass data uploads and bulk loads in SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with data management standards.
What you'll do
- Provide administrative support to employee life cycle changes such as: new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, Benefit management, Time & Leave
- Mass Data Uploads / Bulk Loads: Perform mass uploads and bulk data loads in SuccessFactors, ensuring data accuracy, completeness
- HR Systems Integration Support: Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve integration-related issues between HR systems
- Data Quality and Integrity Management: Monitor HR master data quality, identify data inconsistencies, perform necessary corrections
- Issue Resolution and Process Compliance: Manage MDM-related requests and incidents, maintain accurate records of bulk uploads and reconciliations
