About the role
The primary objective of this role is to support the successful delivery of enterprise AI initiatives by contributing to both platform engineering and application development. The candidate will help maintain reliable cloud environments, support AI projects throughout their lifecycle, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of enterprise AI applications that enable internal teams and external vendors to build and deploy Agentic AI solutions.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with project stakeholders and technical teams to understand infrastructure and application requirements for AI projects
- Assist in provisioning, configuring and maintaining cloud infrastructure and development environments for enterprise AI solutions
- Support enterprise server environments through routine maintenance, security patching and environment management
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, networking, access management and application-related issues
- Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
