What you'll do
- Translate business process requirements into clear and detailed Celonis solution designs
- Own and develop high-quality stories and configuration specifications for Engineers, Developers, and implementation partners to translate into dashboards
- Guide, coordinate, and oversee the preparation, implementation, and deployment of process intelligence solutions and related configurations
- Ensure that all internal and external partners follow established standards including process documentation, governance controls, testing procedures, naming conventions
- Review, approve, and control the implementation of new enhancements, dashboards, KPIs, analytics models, and process mining capabilities across enterprise solutions
