About the role
In the role of The Field Service Engineer, you will ensure that Ketjen catalysts are satisfactorily put in use at the customer by supervising catalyst loading and unit start-ups. Additionally, you will support Ketjen’s Technical Service teams with preparation work for modeling/simulation of the customer process.
What you'll do
- Ensure that Ketjen catalysts are satisfactorily put in use at the customer by supervising catalyst loading and unit start-ups
- Support Ketjen’s Technical Service teams with preparation work for modeling/simulation of the customer process
- Supervise catalyst loading and ensure that Ketjen’s best practices are applied by catalyst loading companies
- Support our technical experts worldwide in their day-to-day activities, such as unit monitoring
- Contribute actively to the growth of CFT catalyst business
