About the role
XOALA is looking for an experienced Attio CRM Lead who can take ownership of the system and help You will manage the setup, workflows, integrations, reporting and day-to-day support. We need someone who can understand what the business needs, make practical improvements and follow through without constant supervision.
What you'll do
- Manage the day-to-day administration and maintenance of Attio CRM for XOALA
- Set up and maintain records for companies, contacts, clients, partners and sales
- Configure fields, views and pipelines to reflect how XOALA’s teams work
- Establish clear rules for updating records, assigning ownership and moving opportunities
- Set up automated reminders, lead assignments, follow-up tasks and notifications
