About the role
We are seeking an experienced SAP HR Payroll & Time Process Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team for HXM his role is ideal for experts with a strong background in HR payroll and time process configuration, integration, and technical/functional solution delivery—especially those experienced with Netherlands payroll legislation and SAP HR modules.
What you'll do
- Lead the configuration and integration between SAP HR Time Management and Payroll, ensuring smooth process flow and compliance with NL payroll legislation
- Analyse and propose robust technical solutions. Develop clear technical requirements from functional specifications, providing comprehensive effort estimates
- Conduct business process analysis, including AS-IS/TO-BE modelling and GAP analysis, risk identification
- Facilitate all phases of project delivery including design, configuration, testing, training, implementation, and post-go-live support
- Play an integral role in production support, enhancements, upgrades, and data migration from legacy systems to SAP/SuccessFactors
