About the role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Technical Recruiter with at least 2+ years of experience in hiring for automated testing roles (e.g., Python, C#, Java, Selenium,Ui Path, Playwright, Medical Device Testing ,etc.). The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of automation testing concepts and a keen eye for identifying top-tier QA automation professionals across a variety of tech stacks and industries.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for automation testing roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies
- Source and attract candidates through diverse channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, etc.)
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and provide regular hiring updates
