About the role
We are seeking a technically strong POC Specialist to lead proof-of-concept engagements that demonstrate the full power of algoQA in real customer environments. You will work directly with enterprise clients to design, execute, and deliver POCs that exceed expectations, leveraging AI-assisted automation to demonstrate measurable ROI.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end POC engagements, both on-site and remotely, from test case review and input optimization through execution, analysis, and reporting
- Ensure high-quality POC deliverables, including readable feature files, well-structured object repositories, error-free scripts, and objective evidence-based reports
- Identify and address test coverage gaps to ensure the POC accurately reflects product capabilities and quality
- Define POC scope, success criteria, timelines, and measurable business outcomes in collaboration with customer stakeholders
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the POC, providing regular updates and managing customer expectations
