About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Lead with expertise in automation testing, The ideal candidate will lead, drive, and oversee automation testing activities, ensuring compliance with global healthcare regulations and high-quality delivery standards.
What you'll do
- Oversee all test automation activities across projects in the medical devices’ domain
- Review and approve test scripts prior to submission for acceptance by the Product Owner (PO) or SME
- Ensure the implementation of best practices in test automation
- Mentor and coach engineers in automation testing methodologies
- Build technical capabilities within the team to handle complex testing scenarios
