About the role
Regional Enterprise lead (Asst Manager) is responsible for managing end-to-end B2B operations including order processing and fulfilment, stock availability and customer services.
What you'll do
- Monitor end-to-end Enterprise orders fulfilment to ensure accuracy and timely completeness
- Responsible for maintaining the MSL(minimum stock level) at respective regional DCs in coordination with planning team
- Ensure product range availability in regional DC’s
- Responsible for driving the OTIF and drive for improvement
- Timely resolution of customer complaints and discrepancies
