About the role
Operate and monitor PVC compounding lines (high-speed mixers, cooling mixers, material conveying systems). Ensure production targets are met as per plans. Maintain proper batch formulation as per approved recipes. Monitor material feeding, mixing temperature, and process parameters. Ensure adherence to formulation and process parameters.
