About the role
The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day construction activities at the project site. The position requires ensuring that work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.
What you'll do
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and instructions of the Site Engineer/Project Manager
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, labourers and suppliers for smooth execution of work
- Monitor manpower, material and equipment availability at site
- Check the quality of construction work and ensure compliance with required standard
