About the role
As FAE system knowledge will be a key part of your role as you will be required to work in close collaboration with FAEs’ and marketing and product application teams in other territories to identify and communicate new product technical requirements based on customer feedback. From time to time, you will also be required to provide technical product training to Allegro’s sales organization and franchised distribution network.
What you'll do
- Provide technical value to our Indian customers who integrate our motor drivers, analog and digital magnetic sensors, DC/DC converters and lighting circuits
- Strong focus to support our distributor partners
- Support our customers and distributors in their development of electronic systems
- Develop the best technical and commercial solution for a given project
- Identify potential problem areas and actively manage the solution
