About the role
Key ResponsibilitiesFranchise Onboarding & Setup / Assist new franchise partners throughout the onboarding process.Coordinate documentation, agreements, and compliance submissions. Support in setting up operational guidelines, systems, and training schedules. Operational Support Act as the first point of contact for franchise partners for queries, challenges, and operational requirements.
What you'll do
- Support in setting up operational guidelines, systems, and training schedules
- Track and resolve issues raised by franchise partners promptly
- Monitor franchise performance against agreed KPIs (sales, hiring, service quality, etc.)Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
