The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable engaging with potential applicants online.

What you'll do

• Post and promote general remote work and administrative job openings across relevant Facebook groups, social media platforms, local job boards, and community pages
• Monitor incoming responses and inquiries from interested candidates
• Filter and identify potential candidates based on basic job requirements
• Guide qualified applicants to our designated messaging channels for further screening and follow-up
• Maintain a professional and compliant social media profile and posting presence
