Order Processing Analyst

About the role

The Order Processing Team helps in managing the sales contract management and provisioning, to meet company financial and legal requirements as well as processing deadlines. The team is responsible for validating the opportunity and contract information, processing the deals, and activating the user access.

What you'll do

• Process the new and renewal orders
• Validate the opportunity and contact information, and flag and resolve any discrepancies
• Turn on client access and confirm the opportunity for the further processing (i.e. sending the invoices)
• Initiate and support various departmental projects
• Resolve customers’ queries and concerns
