About the role
Achieve production schedules to meet sales plan Production planning on monthly basis and weekly review. Manage and direct the plant floor activities to improve utilization of all company resources such as material, labour and equipment. Ensure optimum consumption of RM/ MB/ PM as per CTO Targets Monitors production and proactively responds to all quality issues through a systematic approach
What you'll do
- Achieve production schedules to meet sales plan
- Manage and direct the plant floor activities to improve utilization of all company resources such as material, labour and equipment
- Maintain NEE at agreed levels
- Ensure optimum consumption of RM/ MB/ PM as per CTO Targets
- Provide guidance and leadership on root cause analysis investigations for non-conformances that are the direct result of manufacturing deviations
