-Verify the Job order for correct resin, MB grade, Packing qty, Product code & Customer name etc. -Verify the machine & surrounding area and ensure that it should be free from dust/dirt, oil, grease, loose nut bolts and tools to adhere to FSMS requirements. -Ensure the removal of previous run documents, samples, RM, MB & RG from machine area.
What you'll do
- Verify the Job order for correct resin, MB grade, Packing qty, Product code & Customer name etc
- Verify the machine & surrounding area and ensure that it should be free from dust/dirt, oil, grease, loose nut bolts and tools to adhere to FSMS requirements
- Ensure the removal of previous run documents, samples, RM, MB & RG from machine area
- Perform functional testing's as per applicable frequency, decision making and documentation of results
- Monitoring and Measuring equipment Management
