Verify supplier documentation, COAs (Certificate of Analysis), and ensure materials comply with quality standards. Finished goods inspection and Testing for Injection molding Caps and Blow molding bottles. Preparing shift quality reports and communicating deviations to supervisors. Handling of laboratory equipment as per defined guidelines to ensure accurate results and damage free handling.
What you'll do
- Inspect raw materials such as resin, colorants, and packaging materials as per defined specifications
- Verify supplier documentation, COAs (Certificate of Analysis), and ensure materials comply with quality standards
- Preparing shift quality reports and communicating deviations to supervisors
- Handling of laboratory equipment as per defined guidelines to ensure accurate results and damage free handling
- Inspect product dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Height Gauge, Magna mike
