What you'll do
- Work alongside a **collaborative and dynamic** team of professionals dedicated to operational excellence
- Providing support for Windows servers, filer, and print services, including tools like Printer Installer and Equitrac
- Managing file access and data management tools, with a focus on compliance and audit-related issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues related to OS, network connectivity, GPO, and application provisioning
- Driving process improvements and optimization in file and print services
