What you'll do
- Play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of all activities during the Defect Liability Period (DLP) at the customer site
- Ensuring all DLP obligations are met in line with the contract
- Coordinating training, materials, tools, and resources needed for DLP activities
- Managing field modification implementation and ensuring compliance with DfQ cycle requirements
- Conducting reliability management and growth activities
