What you'll do
- Play a pivotal role in driving industrial excellence and supporting the delivery of world-class mobility solutions
- Defining and updating function procedures, ways of working, and methodologies, aligned with central PME guidelines
- Ensuring team staffing aligns with project workloads
- Building induction and training programs for newcomers
- Deploying industrialization standards, methodologies, and IS tools (e.g., PLM, ERP, MES)
