What you'll do
- Act as the bridge between the Maintenance world and the Data domain, identifying optimisation opportunities and implementing them through the use of digital technologies
- Developing and maintaining an inventory of HealthHub rules and reports, ensuring their effectiveness and traceability
- Creating “starter packs” for new Rolling Stock Maintenance projects to adopt best practices
- Managing and delivering a training curriculum to regional teams, ensuring content is relevant and impactful
- Assisting with the roll-out of methodologies and supporting trained regional resources
