What you'll do
- Ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the SAP landscape across all business domains
- Ensuring availability, stability, and performance of the SAP application landscape (ECC, Fiori, PI/PO, GRC, Solution Manager, etc.)
- Overseeing daily monitoring, batch execution, system health checks, and proactive maintenance
- Driving problem management to eliminate recurring issues and reduce ticket backlog
- Coordinating SAP changes and managing release cycles, patches, upgrades, and major deployments
