What you'll do
- Play a key role in managing the extended ISR project team to deliver on contractual obligations and ensure excellence in quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) targets
- Managing the extended ISR project team (including ISR project leads, LSA, maintenance documentation, training
- Defining and implementing staffing strategies in agreement with ISR domain leads
- Managing coordination with sourcing teams and other engineering functions to ensure smooth collaboration
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives, including the induction training program and APSYS implementation
