What you'll do

• Play a key role in delivering impactful training solutions that meet our customers’ needs and support the successful operation and maintenance of our railway systems
• Lead end‑to‑end bid management by analysing tender documents and identify technical, commercial & compliance requirements related to training domain
• Oversee all the training project deliverables such as training management plan, training documentation, training deployment & execution plan
• Conduct train operation & maintenance trainings for Indian and global customers at customer site
• Lead all projects kick-off, gate reviews, execution strategy, and project planning
