What you'll do
- Manage a team of 10-12 members, ensuring efficient workflow management and achievement of team objectives
- Oversee the end-to-end Net Asset Value (NAV) calculation process for Private Credit Funds
- Supervise, mentor, and train team members, including onboarding new employees and providing ongoing guidance and development
- Ensure all deliverables meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards
- Administer, review, and report on fund accounting activities while maintaining compliance with industry standards and best practices
