About the role
The Reconciliation Manager you will lead a team responsible for ongoing management of all cash reconciliations within the North American Client Service Platform (NA CSP). This role requires blend of strong managerial skills and technical knowledge and will be instrumental in building a high-performing team, designing robust processes, and implementing efficiency improvements across the reconciliation function.
What you'll do
- Supervise, mentor and develop a team of reconciliation specialists, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Utilise your strong technical knowledge to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of portfolio
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve reconciliation issues and provide insights into open items. Also
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Prepare and review reconciliation packs and provide sign off
- Maintain agreed KPI and SLA metrices for internal monitoring and enhance the performance of the end-to-end reconciliation process
