About the role
We are looking for a structured, analytical and proactive individual to independently manage lower-complexity projects and to support Project Managers in the execution and governance of larger Change, Transformation and Transition (Lift-Out) initiatives across Global Client Delivery (GCD) locations.
What you'll do
- Project Planning & Execution Support
- Independently manage assigned low-to-medium complexity projects (e.g. Transition Lite work transfers, single-workstream change or process improvement initiatives
- Act as the delivery partner to a Project Manager on large or critical Transition and Transformation projects, owning defined workstreams
- Build and maintain integrated project plans, milestone schedules and detailed transition plans (deliverables
- Track delivery against scope, schedule and success criteria and flag variances to the Project Manager / Head of Projects early, with proposed corrective actions
