About the role
Validate waterfall calculations, management fees, carried interest allocations, and investor allocation methodologies. Sign off as reviewer on SOC1 checklist and support SOC external audit requests; Understand the governing agreements between Alter Domus and the client.
What you'll do
- Perform end-to-end Net Asset Value (NAV) calculation for private credit funds on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Review and approve monthly, quarterly, and annual NAV pack
- Process and monitor capital calls, investor contributions, distributions, redemptions, and related investor allocations
- Handle daily cash activities and notices on assigned funds
- Prepare cash, Position and accrued interest reconciliation, Investigate and resolve breaks
