What you'll do
- Trade Compliance & Governance
- Monitor and interpret regional trade regulations, including classification, valuation, origin, licensing, and export controls
- Ensure compliance with U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) , local customs and export rules, and free trade agreements
- Conduct periodic audits and self-assessments; drive corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain product classification data (HTS, ECCN), administer license and permit requirements, and ensure accurate regulatory documentation
