The Talent Acquisition Lead will serve as a strategic hiring partner and people leader for Harris India, driving recruitment excellence across multiple business units and functions. What you'll do
- Partner with senior business leaders to drive workforce planning and hiring strategies aligned to business growth objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams on talent availability, market intelligence, hiring trends, and recruitment strategies
- Influence hiring decisions through data-driven insights and talent mapping
- Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future business needs across technical, functional, and leadership roles
- Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple business units and geographies
