Sr Systems Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead the design, scalability, and reliability of our internal healthcare application platform. This role owns Kubernetes platform standards, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategy, operational excellence, and cost optimization. The role also mentors engineers and partners with development and leadership teams.

What you'll do

• Design, own, and evolve the Kubernetes platform architecture for healthcare applications, including cluster strategy, upgrades, and multi-environment standards
• Define and enforce standardized deployment patterns using Helm, Kustomize, and GitOps (e.g., Argo CD or Flux)
• Architect enterprise CI/CD pipelines with built-in security scanning, quality gates, and release governance
• Lead IaC strategy with reusable Terraform modules, configuration management, and policy-as-code
• Establish observability standards, SLOs/SLIs, and alerting. Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews
