- Manage the REO property preservation process for reverse mortgages, following all company procedures and legal guidelines
- Coordinate and oversee timely completion of property inspections to identify any safety hazards or maintenance needs
- Secure vacant properties to prevent unauthorized access and vandalism
- Oversee property clean-out and debris removal
- Manage lawn maintenance, including grass cutting and landscaping, to maintain curb appeal and prevent code violations
