What you'll do
- Be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our US mortgage-related processes and services
- Perform quality assurance reviews for voice and non-voice processes related to US mortgage eviction, sale, and closing activities
- Analyze findings from process reviews and develop comprehensive reports highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement
- Make data-driven recommendations to reduce process variation and eliminate errors
- Track and follow up on business unit responses to identified findings from process reviews
