Analyst, Valuation Placement

About the role

Be a single point of contact for the Appraiser/ Brokers and other stakeholders for the placement and follow-up related transaction with respect to work related to the Valuation services. Inbound/Outbound call/email support to vendors and appraisers, including providing required status/information to all the stakeholders involved in the transaction and answering questions about the property.

What you'll do

• Interact effectively with multiple stakeholders involved in the transaction
• Maintain 100% SLA and quality yield
• Meet the output HRDs set by the business unit for the process
• Research top priority items by providing detail investigation of complaints and disputes received form internal and external stakeholders
