This position requires you to be responsible for facilitating classroom/virtual training programs, developing content, focusing on skills development for the front level associates of the organization.
What you'll do
- Work on soft skill training program for various Business Units in the organization, in consultation with the department heads
- Partner with Business units to outline deliverables, expectations, and risks, to include specific training needs for them
- Assesses training and development needs through training need identification through various resources available
- Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum training effectiveness
- Define ROI on every training program delivered
