What you'll do
- Review all property documents (appraisal, purchase agreement, title, insurance, etc.) for accuracy and completeness
- Review the title & insurance documents to ensure sufficient coverage and all encumbrances, clauses on title have been adequately addressed
- Audit the property documents from a salability standpoint daily and note any exceptions. Assess risk and review for Frauds and Red Flags
