About the role
The Assistant Engineer – Process Control Automation (Dispatch) is responsible for supporting dispatch operations through effective coordination of automated systems, monitoring process control parameters, ensuring timely movement of materials and finished goods, and maintaining accurate dispatch documentation.
What you'll do
- Coordinate daily dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of finished products and materials
- Monitor dispatch schedules and align shipments with production plans and customer requirements
- Verify dispatch quantities, product specifications, and shipping documentation before release
- Coordinate with logistics providers, transporters, and warehouse personnel for smooth dispatch execution
- Track shipment status and update stakeholders on dispatch progress
