What you'll do
- Responsible for aluminium extrusion die/tooling development, maintenance and performance
- Review customer drawings and extrusion requirements for die feasibility and tooling selection
- Coordinate with die manufacturers for die design, manufacturing, modification and trials
- Plan and monitor die trials on extrusion press and ensure profile quality and dimensional requirements
- Analyse extrusion defects and identify die/tooling-related root causes
