About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Design Architect – Industrial Automation to lead the electrical design and engineering development of advanced industrial automation and material handling systems.
What you'll do
- Lead electrical design and architecture development for industrial automation systems including: Conveyor systems
- Design electrical distribution systems, control panels, MCCs, VFD systems, and field wiring architecture
- Develop electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, cable schedules, panel layouts, IO lists, and BOMs
- Define power requirements, load calculations, and electrical protection systems
- Ensure proper integration between electrical, controls, software, and mechanical systems
