Content Acquisition Manager - Prime Videos, Amazon Prime Video

About the role

The role will have responsibility for creating, managing and expanding our content provider network and relationships. The individual in this role will be responsible for deep diving into the English entertainment market segment, identifying and closing deals, slates and titles that fit into the overall service programming for the category, and planning content selection for the forward looking 12+ months.

What you'll do

• Responsible for deep diving into the English entertainment market segment, identifying and closing deals
• Identify content opportunities and partnerships with studios, independent producers and content owners/aggregators
• Build and manage relationships with CEOs/ heads of studios/ Licensing Teams at all key studios
• Work closely with colleagues in other departments and locations to build and grow the category
• Analyze the market segment conditions, challenges and opportunities
