About the role
As part of this role, you'll lead complex creative initiatives, develop cross-site design systems, and champion process improvements that scale our creative capabilities. You'll be instrumental in establishing and maintaining design standards through comprehensive style guides and SOPs, while mentoring teams through 1:1 sessions and training programs.
