About the role
We are seeking a Financial Deductions (FD) Expert to join our team. The FD Expert is a strategic role that combines financial analysis, vendor management, and process optimization responsibilities. This professional manages a portfolio of companies within the VCP Evergreen program, focusing on improving financial metrics such as ISR, PPV, and Chargebacks through data-driven analysis and proactive vendor engagement.
What you'll do
- Manage and optimize the FD VCP Evergreen program vendor portfolio, focusing on key performance metrics such as ISR, PPV, and Chargebacks
- Implement preventive measures and action plans to drive vendor performance while enhancing overall vendor experience
- Conduct comprehensive financial data analysis to identify deduction patterns and root causes through thorough auditing and utilization of internal systems
- Prepare and distribute detailed reports to all levels of stakeholders, ensuring effective communication of findings and insights
- Lead Kaizen sessions, manage cross-functional communications, and handle escalations while providing regular updates to vendors and senior management
