About the role
The FBA Placement organization owns the technology that determines where and when seller inventory enters Amazon’s fulfillment network. These decisions have significant impact on both the seller experience and Amazon’s fulfillment network. We operate with a high degree of ownership and encourage engineers to influence both the customer experience and the underlying technical architecture.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, test, and launch high-quality web experiences for FBA sellers worldwide
- Translate complex workflows involving inventory placement, capacity, cost, and delivery options into simple and intuitive customer experiences
- Work closely with UX designers and product managers to turn customer needs and product concepts into scalable technical solutions
- Own significant front-end features and components from design through implementation, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement
- Build reusable UI components, frameworks, and patterns that improve consistency and accelerate development across FBA experiences
