About the role
Amazon's People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to support our General & Administrative (G&A) organization in India on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This role is critical in driving our people strategy, delivering operational HR excellence, and enabling business outcomes for a diverse set of corporate functions.
What you'll do
- Your day will be a blend of strategic counsel and operational execution
- You might start the morning coaching a Director through a difficult team restructure
- Post-lunch, you could be facilitating a talent calibration session, then pivoting to advise on an employee relations case
- Close the day connecting with your PXT peers to share best practices and align on cross-functional initiatives
